Lake County >> The Highland Springs Trails Volunteers (HSTV) will be starting their 14th year of trail work with their Wednesday evening “Trail Work & Happy Hour” beginning Wednesday, April 22: an hour or so of trail work followed by potluck snacks, drinks and camaraderie.
HSTV is a dedicated group of horseback riders and hikers that has been recovering and maintaining the Highland Springs trails since 2001 in cooperation with Lake County Water Resources, which manages the recreation area.
