Michael Wesolowski caught this 12.8-pound largemouth bass while fishing with his dad on Thursday from a dock in Lakeport. He was using a dark green worm as bait when the bass struck. It’s one of the largest fish caught at Clear Lake so far this year. The lake record for largemouth bass, set in 1990, is 17.52 pounds and is held by the late Jerry Basgal.
