Lake County >> May 3, Latinos United of Lake County, with sponsorship by Bruno’s ShopSmart, will hold their 20th Cinco de Mayo event in Lake County. The event will take place at Library Park in Lakeport from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The celebration will include activities, games, raffles and both live and DJ music. All Lake County residents are welcome to attend.
Organizers would like to encourage community service agencies to attend to provide information, and vendors who would like to promote and serve their food.
Formerly the Latino Coalition, Latinos United of Lake County is a nonprofit organization that has served the Latino community in Lake County for more than 20 years. They are the organizers for the annual Cinco de Mayo event and the Binational Health Fair.
