LAKEPORT >> Last-chance sign-ups for the 2015 Konocti Youth Soccer League season take place Monday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Lakeport Senior Center, 527 Konocti Ave., in Lakeport.
You must bring a certified copy of your child’s birth certificate if he/she is new to the league.
Sign-up fees are $60 for the first child in a family and $55 for every other child from the same family.
Uniforms are also available for purchase. A complete uniform (shirt, shorts and socks) costs $40. You can also purchase items separately — shirts are $25, shorts $15 and socks $10.
