COBB >> The Lake County Pride Foundation is hosting its eighth annual Safe House of Lake County Golf Tournament on June 13 beginning at 8:30 a.m. Make your own team or join another team in the four-person scramble.
All tournament proceeds support the Safe House of Lake County, which is a home for teens dealing with homelessness, instability at home and other problems. The entry fee is $50 and includes a golf cart. A barbecue meal will be prepared by the Lower Lake Community Action Committee for $20 a person. Silent and live auctions for merchandise donated by local businesses will be held.
