Garden party
Kelseyville >> Finch Gardens will host its 14th annual Spring Plant Sale/Garden Party on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mom can enjoy the gardens while children enjoy the new baby goats. There will be heirloom tomatoes, 4-inch culinary herb starts, flowers and fresh produce available, as well as refreshments and prizes. Finch Gardens is located just past the church on Live Oak Drive. Swimmers hold fundraiser
Kelseyville >> A pancake breakfast to benefit Clear Lake and Kelseyville high schools swim teams will be held Sunday from 8 to 11 a.m., hosted by the Kelseyville Lions Club, 4335 Sylar Lane, Kelseyville. Admission is $8 per person and includes pancakes, ham, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, juice and coffee. All moms get a carnation to help celebrate Mother’s Day. Spring Valley hosts breakfasts for moms
Spring Valley >> Spring Valley Community Center, at 3000 Wolf Creek Road, will host a Mother’s Day breakfast on Sunday from 8 to 11 a.m. The special this month will be ambrosia and apple cider. Also on the menu are blueberry pancakes, as well as our custom omelets, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy. Coffee and juice will also be served. Cost is $7 for adults and $3 for children. All are welcome. Moms will receive a special treat.
