Lakeport >> Tickets are on sale for People Services, Inc.’s “Country Picnic Chicken-Que” fundraiser, scheduled for June 6 at the Lake County Fairgrounds from 2 to 6 p.m.
Tickets are $7 per person or four for $25 and are available at any People Services site. They will also be available at the event.
The fundraiser is a family event with entertainment from the LC Diamonds, an apple pie eating contest, a silent auction and dancing. Proceeds go to support the programs and services provided to people with developmental disabilities.
