UC Davis hosted a C-STEM (Computing, Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) competition on Saturday May 30. Kelseyville’s Mountain Vista Middle School’s 7th grade robotics team competed for the first time and placed a very respectable 27th out of 34 schools in the competition. The team received a trophy from the judges for demonstrating great teamwork. The students demonstrated their creativity in RoboPlay and Math Programming Competitions. The STEM Robotics class at Mountain Vista includes both 7th and 8th grade students at Mountain Vista Middle School. - Taja Odom
