Lakeport >> The Lake County Chamber of Commerce will host an Introduction to QuickBooks class, presented by Star Laurence, at the Workforce Lake office in Lakeport today from 3 to 5 p.m.
Laurence, who has more than 20 years experience in public relations, marketing and sales, and QuickBooks, will walk you learn the basics of the accounting program, which is designed for small- to mid-sized businesses.
This class is the third in a series of six workshops being presented by the chamber, and every class costs $35 per person. Class size is limited to 20 people for the June 23 class.
