Westshore Little League is hosting the District 2 minor league baseball All-Star tournament beginning Saturday and running through July 9 at Pickle Field and the AAA Field located at the Lake County Fairgrounds off Martin Street in Lakeport. Westshore Little League is also hosting the 50/70 All-Stars — players ages 11-13 — at the same location. The minor All-Stars are for players ages 9-10. Competing teams include Westshore, Sutter Area, Sutter Buttes, Marysville, South Sutter, Peach Bowl, Colusa, Wheatland, Southshore, Westside, North Yuba, Olivehurst/Linda, and Kelseyville. The host Westshore All-Stars (pictured above) are managed by Reghan Stuller and coached by Jason Soderquist and Matt Hartzog. Players are Chris Bruhn, Jake Burke, Hadleigh Graham, Hunter Hartzog, Conner Land, Miles Mattina, Hank Ollenberger, Adrien Rabano, Devon Rabano, Jake Soderquist, Auron Stuller, Camden Stuller and Greyson Wind. Their first game is Sunday at 5 p.m. against the winner of a Saturday game between Oliverhusrt/Linda and Kelseyville.
