Carol Biggs of Lakeport receives the ‘Yellow Submarine’ quilt from Marva Brandt of Clear Lake Trowel and Trellis Garden Club (CLTTGC). The raffle tickets were tossed and stirred before Biggs’ ticket was drawn from a huge bowl. The drawing was held at the end of CLTTGC’s recent ‘Hidden Gardens of Lake County’ Tour.
