Greg Belger, owner of Belger’s Famous Pizza Pies, lends a hand — carefully — to Lake County Chamber of Commerce director Melissa Fulton as she hefts the big scissors. Fulton was cutting the ribbon to celebrate the opening of a new resource for business development in Lake County. The Capital Region Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will offering workshops and professional business consulting appointments to assist new business start-ups and help existing businesses grow through business loans and capital.
