LAKEPORT >> Clear Lake High School will administer physicals to all athletes planning to play a fall sport on July 30 and Aug. 6 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. each night at the gym.
Cost is $20.
Athletes must also fill out an athletic packet before they can practice. Athletic packets will be available at each physical night.
