Caltrans workers repair the road on Highway 29 between Kelseyville and Lakeport on June 23. Pavement repairs have been delayed due to unseasonable rains. Most work has been cancelled for the week; it is anticipated to resume Sunday evening. The top layer of asphalt will be ground off in preparation for paving the week of July 26. Nighttime work hours will be 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday evening through Friday morning, drivers should anticipate 15-minute delays. – Contributed photo
