Middletown High School quarterback Connor Armstrong leads a wide receiver during Summer Passing League action against Lower Lake on Monday evening at the Kelseyville High School football field. Varsity and junior varsity teams from Middletown, Lower Lake and Kelseyville all participated. There are just 20 days until the 2015 high school football season officially opens. The first game of 2015 involving a Lake County school has Kelseyville at home Aug. 28 against De Anza. It will be the debut of first-year Knights coach Erick Larsen.
