Middletown >> Minnie Cannon Elementary School will have a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening on Aug. 6 from 5 to 7 p.m.
The new school site is across the street from the Tallman Gym on the Middletown High School campus. A free spaghetti dinner will be provided to families who complete their free and reduced application, as well as a chance to meet the new Principal, Mrs. Tan, and see who a child’s teacher will be. All Minnie Cannon students and their families are welcome.
