Clearlake >> Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating David Uribe, who was last seen at St. Helena Hospital, Clear Lake Tuesday morning. According to a family member, Uribe, 33 has the mental capacity of a 10 year old and is friendly to strangers.
He was at the hospital as a patient for an evaluation when he walked away at about 6 a.m., detective Sgt. Nick Bennett stated in a media release. Officers searched the area but were unable to find Uribe.
The missing man was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt and white shorts and sandals. He is 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds, has black hair and brown hair. He may be wearing glasses.
All surrounding law enforcement agencies as well as the Department of Justice have been notified.
