Middletown >> Friday Night Live Middletown Farmer’s Market is now serving the community by accepting SNAP/EBT payment on qualified food purchases. In addition, they are authorized to accept WIC vouchers and WIC Senior vouchers on qualified purchases, which include eggs. We have two local egg handlers at the market selling fresh farm eggs: Littrell Farms from Hidden Valley Lake and Audra’s Ranch Eggs from Middletown. Golden Rocks Permaculture Farm, located in Middletown, is offering organic local and seasonal vegetables and fruits.

This is a community-based, Certified Farmer’s Market with the objective to showcase, support and advocate for locally sourced foods, goods and art. There are no set vendor fees – the market is supported by vendor donations and core sponsors Lovie’s Garden Supply and Golden Rocks Permaculture Farm. Community members are invited to come set up a table and sell their goods or advocate for their cause. Food sellers and producers are required to have proper licenses.

In addition to the food options, the market also provides a live music venue. Upcoming performances include Tear Drop Trailer on Aug. 21, Jim G’s Band on Aug. 28, Curveball on Sept. 4, Singer/Songwriter Kay Ashley on Sept. 11, Righteous Vibes on Sept. 18 and guitarist Thomas Dobson Sept. 24.

The market is open from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Fridays through October and is located at Lovie’s Garden Supply, 21373 Highway 175 in Middletown.
