Rebecca Southwick paints the ‘I Love Lake County...’ wall on Lakeport City Hall Wednesday morning. Residents and visitors can write what they love about the county on the chalkboard wall, which will be up for about a month on Park and Third streets. Southwick is co-creator of Lake Leadership Summit ‘15, the wall is meant to build momentum for the event on Oct. 9. Event speakers will give information on how to enhance local businesses.
