COBB >> The 33rd annual Lake County Amateur Golf Championship takes place Oct. 3-4 at Adams Springs Golf Course on Cobb Mountain.
The $110 entry fee includes two rounds of tournament golf, the prize fund, trophies and tournament tee prizes. The Amateur offers divisions for men’s scratch and net golfers as well as flights for seniors and junior golfers.
Brad Pendleton is the five-time defending champion in the scratch division.
The entry deadline is Sept. 28. Entries can be picked up at area golf courses. Call John Berry at 279-0449 for more information.
The Lake County Amateur is a player point event on the Lake County Amateur Golf Circuit and is a fundraiser for Lake County Junior Golf.
