MIRANDA >> Damian Ledesma, the freshman son of Kelseyville High School veteran boys’ soccer coach Eduardo Ledesma, scored his first high school goal to help the Knights beat South Fork 3-0 in non-league action Friday in Miranda.
Ledesma’s goal staked the Knights (2-0-1) to a 1-0 halftime lead.
Elias Alvarez and Enrique Cacho scored in the second half for the Knights. Cacho and Adrian Villalobos also had assists.
“They had a good goalie and good players around him on defense,” Ledesma said of the Cubs. “They made it difficult for us.”
