Davis Tire & Auto Repair in Lakeport donated $10,000 to Mendo-Lake Credit Union and North Coast Opportunities Fire Relief fund. The money was raised throughout the day on Friday, Sept. 25, with all of the auto shop’s proceeds for the day being donated to the relief effort. Additional donations were also accepted at the counter. Lakeport Fire Department parked a fire engine out front of the business all day for children to play on.
