Wayment, of Rich’s Towing, was one of four VIP judges for the event, which opens to the public today from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lewis Hall in the Lake County Fairgrounds in Lakeport.
