Kelseyville >> The LEGO NXT workshop will introduce the basics of programming and building robots on Nov. 7 at the Taylor Observatory from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Students will use skills such as problem solving and teamwork to help the robot navigate through missions. Experience First LEGO League involvement and perhaps be interested in team participation.
Participants should bring lunch and snacks will be provided
The minimum age for participants is 10 years. Adults interested in supporting teams and workshops are more than welcome to sign up.
Registration costs $20. Payment may be sent to: Taylor Observatory 1152 S. Main St. Lakeport CA 95453. Make checks payable to Lake County Office of Education.
