By Jan Cook LAKEPORT >> Lakeport Library will present an introduction to Pinterest on Oct. 24 at 2 p.m.
Amy Patton of the library staff will explain how to sign up for Pinterest and will give a digital tour of searching and pinning on the free social networking service where users can search for ideas, “pin” them and share ideas with others.
Following the Pinterest tour, guests will have a chance to work on craft and art projects found through the site. All supplies will be provided.
The library is located at 1425 N. High St. in Lakeport. For more information call 263-8817
The program is free and no library card is required to attend. The Friends of the Lake County Library will provide light refreshments.
