
Lakeport >> “Twice As Good” will play at the Soper Reese Theatre tonight 7 p.m. as part of the theater’s on-going Third Friday Live series. The show features Paul and Richard Steward, son and father, Pomo Indians hailing from Clearlake Oaks.
The pair always draw crowds in their home territory and now they are finding themselves in demand all over the U.S., recently performing in Clarksdal, Mississippi; Chicago Illinois; New York, New York; Washington D.C.; and Albuquerque New Mexico.
Their latest album, “That’s All I Need,” was nominated in the Independent Music Awards for Blues Album of the Year. Several tunes, including the title track and “Everything’s Gonna Be All Right” were featured on SiriusXM Satellite Radio-B.B. King’s Bluesville Station.
