Clealrake >> Highlands Senior Service Center (HSSC) would like to advise the community of a flu shot clinic to be held on Thursday.
The Lake County Department of Public Health will be providing flu shots at HSSC from 9 a.m. until noon for a cost of $2.
Flu vaccines are recommended for anyone 6 months of age or older. Children between the ages of 6 months through 8 years who are receiving flu shots for the first time are required to get two doses of vaccine administered at least four weeks apart for full protection against the flu.
