FORT BRAGG >> The Fort Bragg Timberwolves continued their undefeated march through the first seven weeks of the 2015 high school football season with a 57-24 victory over the Kelseyville Knights on Friday at Timberwolf Stadium.

Fort Bragg is now 4-0 in the North Central League I standings and 7-0 overall. Kelseyville is still looking for its first league win at 0-4 and 1-6 overall.

To their credit, the Knights made a game of it after falling behind 14-0. They closed to 14-10 on a Elias Alvarez 41-yard field goal, recovered the ensuing onside kick and scored again on a Logan Barrick 1-yard run.

The Timberwolves answered with a 34-7 second quarter to put the game away.

“We fumbled and coughed it up a couple of times and they capitalized,” Kelseyville coach Erick Larsen said.

Barrick, the Kelseyville quarterback, completed 13 of 21 passes for 190 yards and a toucdhown, a 9-yard toss to Gideon Turner in the fourth quarter. The Knights picked up another score on a Manny Sanchez 2-yard run. Sanchez finished with a team-best 93 yards on 17 carries.
