Clearlake >> The Time Bank of Thrive Lake County will sponsor an early Halloween party on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the Clearlake Youth Center, 4750 Golf Road, off Lakeshore. This free event is open to everyone.
Arrive early to attend the monthly Time Bank meet-up at 2:30 p.m., to connect with others about your current needs or skills you’d like to share. The meet-up is open to all who are interested. While parents attend the meet-up, kids can decorate mini pumpkins or goody bags, get a glitter tattoo, or learn how to make masks, candles or dream catchers.
The event will feature Halloween music, food, and holiday shopping. Time Bank hours or cash will be accepted at the bake sale and by some crafts vendors. All ages can win prizes during the dance contest and “Name that Scary Tune”. The costume contest will be judged on categories of scariest, silliest, most unusual, cutest and most contemporary.
