New plan
Supervisor Steele presented his plan for dealing with the high water rates in Lucerne. The plan is simple. It calls for public ownership of the water system.
This plan is one that everyone in Lucerne should and will support. In fact, the program met with universal acclaim from the audience. Other topics were discussed, of course, but none evoked the discussion and approval as did the Supervisor’s plan for relieving Lucerne’s long-standing exorbitant water rates.

If you are going to run Mac McKay’s letters to the editor, I believe you should place them on the page with horoscope, puzzles, comics and advice to the lovelorn.
