Lakeport >> Fright Night crawls onto the stage at the Soper Reese Theatre starting at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31. Grab your brooms, bats and black hats and join us for a special “screaming” of the original horror show, “Frankenstein,” starring Boris Karloff.
Food, fun and mischief will be lurking about, with contests and prizes for best costume and best “walk like a monster.” A spooky little prize will go to the first 50 in the door.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Contests and prizes at 7. Film begins at 7:30. The evening is sponsored by Lakeport Antique & Art. Emcees are Bert Hutt and Jennifer Strong. Tickets will not be sold for this event, but donations are accepted at the door.
