The Live Oak Senior Center will host a Halloween party on Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be Bingo, a guess the weight of the pumpkin contest as well as a costume contest open to all at noon. There will be prizes for the costume contest and eight different categories including best male, best female, most original and scariest costume.
The Live Oak Senior Center is located at 12502 Foothill Blvd.

Highlands Senior Service Center invites guests of all ages to its Halloween party and dance with music by the Tattooed Cherries on Friday beginning at noon. Guests are encouraged to wear costumes and enter the contest for best costume. Lunch will also be available for $8 for people younger than 60 or the suggested donation of $4 for people 60 and older. The Highlands Senior Center is located at 3245 Bowers Ave. in Clearlake.
