MIDDLETOWN >>The Middletown Baseball Club is holding tryouts for its 2016 travel ball team.
The team is for 12-year-old players and younger. You can’t turn 13 before May 1.
Players ages 10-12 are encouraged to try out. Tryouts are Nov. 15 and Dec. 13 beginning at 1 p.m. at Middletown High School’s baseball fields.
Practice for team members begins in mid-February. Two to three practices are held each week. Tournaments begin in mid-March and run through mid-June. There are approximately eight tournaments.
