LOWER LAKE >> With Lower Lake’s seniors leading the way in the final match of their high school careers, the Trojans beat the Willits Wolverines 25-7, 25-11, 22-25, 25-13 in the season finale for both of these varsity volleyball teams Thursday night in Lower Lake.
“My seniors did awesome,” Lower Lake coach Darcie Schmidt said.
Team leaders for the Trojans (2-12) were Ashlynn Mock with six kills, seven aces and 13 service points, Brooke Taliaferro with seven kills, seven aces and 10 points, Vanessa John with eight digs and three aces, and Alex DeGraw with 11 digs and two aces.
Willits finishes league 0-14.
