Kelseyville High School’s Heidy Cano, the lone senior on the Knights’ roster this season, is likely playing in the final home match of her high school career tonight when Kelseyville (23-7) hosts Lick-Wilmerding (14-14) in the quarterfinal round of the North Coast Section Division IV playoffs at 7 p.m. If Kelseyville beats Lick-Wilmerding, the Knights advance to the semifinal round on Wednesday and will meet the winner of tonight’s quarterfinal between No. 1 seed Marin Catholic (28-9) and No. 9 Piedmont (10-16). That semifinal will take place in Kentfield if top-seeded Marin Catholic prevails. Kelseyville could only host if Piedmont were to pull off the upset.
