LAKE COUNTY >> People who have not submitted a Right Of Entry (ROE) or hired a private contractor for debris removal as a result of the Valley Fire, by Dec. 1, are receiving abatement notices from the county. They will have 30 days to complete a ROE or hire a private contractor to commence the cleanup themselves.

There are others who are B License contractors and can only perform the cleanup if they are the contractors to rebuild homes.
