Lakeport >> The Main Street Gallery is busily preparing for the December First Friday Fling artist reception tonight, featuring the artwork of Lake County’s Ruth Morgan, George Knauss, Carmon Brittain, Jackie Farley, Diana Liebe, Regina Meyers, Lisa Nowak, Shelby Posada, Don Reed, Richard Schmidt, and D. Benjamin Van Steenburgh. The “Fling” festivities are from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m., and the public is invited. Meet the artists, enjoy the wonderful Beaver Creek Vineyards wine available for purchase and be entertained by the musical talent of the County’s own Paul Farley.
All of the artwork will be on display for the whole month of December.
The First Friday Fling made the “Top Ten Reasons to Visit Lake County” list in the San Francisco Chronicle last month.
