Running back Dre Santos of the Upper Lake Cougars takes a breather on the sidelines during the Cougars’ wild 46-44 North Central League III win at Point Arena on Oct. 24. Santos was a key cog on a Cougars squad that won eight straight games and a share of the league championship. Several Upper Lake players are featured on the 2015 edition of the All-Lake County football team, which will be released next week.
