Lower Lake >> The Lake County Theatre Company’s (LCTC) production of “A Tuna Christmas” closes this weekend, but there are still two performances left.

This is a two-man comedy featuring 22 quirky characters, all residing in the backward town of Tuna, Texas. The actors portray a total of 22 different roles, each with a different voice, walk and look.

Audiences attending performances during the first two weekends have not been disappointed, and the show received several standing ovations.

Tickets are still available, they can be purchased online at www.lakecountytheatrecompany.org or at Piece’s Boutique in Lakeport or the Game Hub in Lower Lake. Advance ticket prices range from $12 to $15. Add $3 for tickets purchased at the door.

Performances take place tonight at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Lower Lake Schoolhouse, located at 16435 Morgan Valley Road.
