Gifts surround the Wish Tree at Umpqua Bank. Every tag on the tree for Child Welfare Services was taken with gifts brought back by residents of Lake County so that every child will have presents this holiday season. Bassmasters provides a large donation every year, and the Lakeport Fire department donated countless gifts, Paula Bryant, vice president of Umpqua Bank, said. ‘We are grateful to live in such a special place.
