Every year the bar offers complimentary sparkling wine toasts at different timers throughout the night, for people who may not want to stay up until midnight. They find locations around the world which are celebrating at 7 p.m., 8 p.m and 9 p.m. local time, and raise a glass as the fireworks go off elsewhere.
