Lakeport >> The Redwood Coast Developmental Services Corporation will convene its next regular board of directors’ meeting on Saturday, Jan. 9 in the Bayside Conference Room of the Best Western-Bayshore Inn, 3500 Broadway, Eureka. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. Of particular interest are updates regarding the State’s budget situation and its effect on regional centers, service providers, families and persons receiving services.
The Redwood Coast Developmental Services Corporation(RCDSC)is the governing board of directors for the Redwood Coast Regional Center (RCRC). RCRC is a private, non-profit corporation serving Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake and Mendocino counties. This agency works to prevent and/or lessen the effects of intellectual/developmental disabilities by providing a wide variety of supportive services, aimed at improving the lives of person with or at risk of developmental disabilities and their families.
