Prophecies

It is much easier to sort out what Greg Blinn is saying in his Dec. 19 letter to the editor once you realize that he is a self-proclaimed atheist (R-B- 6/30/2015).

There are more than 900 prophecies in the Old Testament that foretell details of Jesus’ first coming, and they were given hundreds of years before He was born.

I don’t know why but for some reason Mr. Blinn is not very impressed with this type of evidence.

“Tell me. Who predicted long ago what would happen? Was it not the Lord? There is no one else who can do this.” – Isaiah 45:21

On the trail

I just read that Trey Gowdy said, “I look forward to campaigning in Iowa with him (Marco Rubio), and introducing my good friend to voters across the state.” Has he put the Benghazi investigation on hold? This would put him in line with the thought that the investigation is being used to discredit Clinton and not do any actual investigation.

So much for Congressman Gowdy’s integrity.
