LAKEPORT >> Sons In Retirement Branch 168 held its annual Christmas dinner party at TNT Bar & Grill in Lakeport on Dec. 14.
This was a purely social event with the only business being area governor Dean Faris thanking the officers especially Big Sir Ed Brooks and Little Sir Frank West for their hard work and dedication.
In the past, members have been asked to bring an item for a raffle but this year they were asked to bring a children’s toy. By the end of the evening there were two large boxes collected and brought to the “Toys for Tots.”
