The annual Miss Lake County Scholarship Pageant takes place on Saturday, Jan. 9. The event is in its 50th year. Namuri Mitchell is the reigning Miss Lake County from 2015. Isabella Mattina served as Miss Lake Count Outstanding Teen last year. The pageant takes place at the MAC Auditorium on the Clear Lake High School campus in Lakeport, with festivities beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets are available at Lakeport Furniture in Lakeport and the Rosa d’Oro tasting room in Kelseyville. The cost is $20 for adults, $15 for seniors age 65 and over and $10 for children 12 and younger.
