Trail maintenance canceled
Under advisement from Boggs forest management, Friends of Boggs Mountain has canceled doing trail maintenance for the month of January behind Cobb Elementary due to oversaturated soils. The group’s organizers anticipate returning in February.
Management looking for woodworker
Boggs Forestry Management is looking for “Requests for Quote” for wood signage. They need someone who has a router and can fabricate about 100 forest road signs.
The approximate size of the signs is 4” x 12”. They will need to be routed probably on redwood, then painted and stained/sealed.
