DAVIS >> Davis Mayor Dan Wolk announced today that Congressman Mike Thompson (D-St. Helena) is endorsing his campaign for the 4th Assembly District. Thompson joins state Senator Mike McGuire and Assemblymember Bill Dodd in supporting Wolk’s candidacy.
“I need a partner like Dan Wolk in Sacramento to work with me to tackle the tough issues facing our entire region,” Thompson said. “Dan has a first-hand understanding of the key issues that impact our communities. He has built an impressive record working to champion the middle class, find solutions to stabilize our water supply and strengthen our economy.”
Congressman Thompson currently represents California’s 5th Congressional District, which includes all of Napa County, and parts of Lake, Contra Costa, Solano and Sonoma Counties.
