KELSEYVILLE >> After losing its second game in three days, Fort Bragg is now fighting for its life in a crowded North Central League I varsity boys’ basketball race.
Kelseyville beat Fort Bragg 56-53 on Friday in Kelseyville to move into a three-way tie for second place in the standings. Kelseyville, Fort Bragg and Cloverdale are all 6-2. Lower Lake is 7-1.
Kelseyville’s Logan Barrick drew a charge late in the fourth quarter to helped preserve the lead.
“That was a huge play,” Kelseyville coach Scott Conrad said.
Kyle Ellis’ 23 points led the way. Ean Valenzuela added 14 and Nick Pfann had 13.
