Doing whatever it takes to win was Kelseyville High School’s Heidy Cano (top, right) on Tuesday night during North Central League I varsity girls’ basketball action against the Cloverdale Eagles at Kelseyville. Cano led the Knights with a season-best 19 points, pulled down seven rebounds, limited Cloverdale’s Angel Bernardi to just eight points and set a screen on this play that picked off Bernardi and gave teammate Riley Goff an open lane to the basket. Kelseyville went on to win 58-42 and improve to 9-0 in the league standings. Kelseyville’s Payton Conrad (right) maneuvers for a shot down low. Kelseyville travels to Willits tonight.
