MIDDLETOWN >> State Assemblymember Bill Dodd is endorsing the candidacy of Monica Rosenthal for Lake County Supervisor in District 1.
“I support Monica Rosenthal for supervisor because of her strong record of leadership in supporting the residents and communities of District 1,” said Dodd.
Rosenthal has worked to support Lake County’s agriculture and tourism industries, including active involvement with the Lake County Farm Bureau, Middletown Area Merchants Association and the Lake County Tourism Board. Rosenthal also recently hosted a highly successful Countywide Economic Outlook Conference that was attended by nearly 200 community leaders.
“My views and goals are very similar to Assemblymember Dodd’s when it comes to supporting agriculture; building a prosperous and sustainable economy; investing in education, roads and infrastructure; and preserving Clear Lake,” Rosenthal said. “His endorsement highlights the growing community support for my campaign.”
District 1 includes the communities of Middletown, Hidden Valley Lake, Lower Lake, Anderson Springs and the unincorporated southern portion of Clearlake.
